Most Delicious Pua-Pork Pau

In this modern world, people love to have delicious food and most of the time people love to go outside to have food. It is the easiest way to save time, as sometimes it is not possible to make food at home due to a hectic schedule. And going out for dinner or lunch can be the best option to have quality time with family or friends.

 

The steamed pork pau reminds a person what family usually eats out on weekends. The steamed pork pau is meat in general and pau means steamed buns.

 

  • Firstly, prepare the basic steamed bun dough and then prepare the filling.
  • Place all ingredients for the pork filling in a bowl.
  • Use a chopstick to stir in one direction until the meat is a paste and marinate this for at least one hour.   
  • The next step is enclosing dust on a work surface with a bit of flour to flatten the dough

·         Now use a rolling pin to roll it about 4 to 5-inch place filling in the middle. 

  • After making all buns put them into the steamer steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes. A person can use sausage and egg.

 

One can also store pork pau for some time and the same thru must follow the given procedure:

 

  • If a person makes extra and wants to store them. Then they must cool down the steamed bun cool it and place the same on a baking sheet.
  • Make sure the piece doesn’t touch each other
  • Put it into the freezer for one hour and then transferred it to the freezer bag.

 

A person who eats this once a time this pork pau then definitely the person use to it again this is a delicious and healthy food if people make it at home rather than eat outside by the reason outside food is mostly unhygienic and unhealthy.
